This piece is an exploration of transformation, identity, and the process of evolution. Layers of fragmented lines, spirals, and bold color converge to form a face—one that is not fixed, but constantly shifting, revealing, and becoming. In this work, I reflect on the complexity of shedding old versions of the self and composting life’s experiences—shame, restlessness, resilience—into something new.

The chaotic scribbles and collaged fragments evoke the tension between internal struggles and outward expression. The Face of Becoming invites viewers to sit with the discomfort of in-between spaces while honoring the beauty that emerges in the process of change.
